From these castings we show you how to make your own Biological Active Liquid Extract (BALE). 2 litres of castings will make 10 litres BALE concentrate which can be sprayed out onto 2 hectares. The micro-organisms in these castings will last months stored out of direct sunlight and the lid loose for fresh air. Only mix enough BALE to use the same day. Use that BALE concentrate in as much water as required to cover your area. Composting Worms
All worm orders should be ready within 2 to 3 days from when we receive your order. You will be contacted when your order is ready.
1000 worms weighs approximately 250 grams. Our farm supplies a combination of Eisenia Fetida, Lumbricus Rubellus, Eisenia Andrei. In the wild, these species would be known as mulch dwellers, they may also occasionally go a few centimetres into the soil. There are approximately 6000 species of earth worms within 20 families with 8 inhabiting Australia. Research continues into all earth worms. We supply worms in sufficient feed material to last approximately 2 to 3 days in a re-purposed food grade bucket. We know you will find a good re-use for the bucket! Orders are harvested within 1 to 2 days after receiving your order. Cold winter days can sometimes take up to 3 days.
